If I had to describe Kaleigh’s senior session in just three words, I would say “proud, relaxed, and unique.” When her mom and I first began discussing the session location, she informed me that Kaleigh was her “boots and jeans girl”. Kaleigh is in the Police Explorers and was named Rookie of the Year in the state of Texas and is also in the JROTC. Here in Denton, we have a really cool American flag wall, and her mom knew it would be the perfect place to show her off in her uniforms that have become so special to her. Kaleigh was quiet and humble, but I could tell by the way she carried herself in her uniform that she was proud of who she was in this uniform.
We ended the evening at a local favorite of mine where Kaleigh got to showcase her “every day life”. She may be a “boots and jeans” kind of girl, but her confidence and natural beauty beamed through eyes and her gorgeous smile.
Kaleigh is planning to attend Tarleton State University where she plans to be in the ROTC. Her goal is to be in the Air Force after college and fly helicopters. She is a determined young lady, and I can’t wait to see her follow her dreams.
